Chady Dunmore
Chady Dunmore is one of the most well respected fitness experts in the world and is the go-to source for women who are trying to lose weight and exercise. Her unique combination of discipline and encouragement sets Dunmore apart from other trainers and translates into results. She is the perfect mix of empathy and accountability because she knows firsthand the challenges women face and what it takes to motivate them. After gaining more than 70-pounds during pregnancy and battling severe postpartum depression Chady had an aha! moment when she realized that being a mom did not mean she had to feel fat an unattractive. She knew that traditional workouts would pose a challenge with her infant daughter so she exercised at home and lost all the baby weight without setting foot in a gym. Now, in addition to training world-class athletes, Dunmore creates diet and exercise routines for new moms and women who don’t have a lot of time. Dunmore is a two-time bikini world champion and a top fitness model who graces the covers of Oxygen, Fitness RX and more. She gives diet and workout advice to the largest print and broadcast outlets and teaches sold-out fitness camps all over the country. Dunmore’s story inspires women to make a change. She’s battled weight, struggled with genetic kidney disease and managed to get in shape without relying on fad diets and extreme exercise routines. Her fitness confession? She loves bacon avocado cheeseburgers and never dreamed of posing in a bikini until a plastic surgeon told her she didn’t need stomach surgery but diet and exercise. She accepted the challenge, entered her first competition in 2008 and has never looked back. Dunmore is currently training, writing a new book, designing a sportswear line, teaching fitness camps all over the country and being a mom.
